Pay attention: 

1. The SD card speed must be less than 90M/second；

2. The SD card capacity must be ≤ 64GB

3. For import video, the video formart must be SD and HD video formats, including H.264 and MPEG-4;

4. If the photo and video is not from your camera but downloaded from other place. Please make sure to put the photo/video into the "DCIM" file of the SD card, and rename the photo to be IMG_0000(or IMG_0001,IMG_0002 and so son), rename the video to be MVI_0000(or MVI_0001, MVI_0002 and so son), then it will be able to imported to your iphone/ipad successfully.

NO-digital camera photo naming rules:

Pictures taken by non-digital cameras are stored on the memory card,the photos need to be renamed and stored The iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch device can be automatically recognized.(the digital camera removes the card..the digital device has followed this naming convention and storage location processes the photo and inserts it directly .if the content in the memory card is not directly captured by the camera .but copied in .the following conditions must be met;

1:Pictures and videos copied in must be placed in a folder named after photos an videos taken with a digital camera. for example .if a mobile phone photo needs to be imported ..you need to create a camera (Take Canon camera as an example) folder 100CANON.and put the photo.then save the 100CANON folder in the DCIM folder and the DCIM folder must be saved in the root of the memory card .in the catalog.

2.the photos and videos in the folder need to be renamed.The naming rule is “IMG_XXXX”,where “XXXX” is the unique numeric code in this folder and cannot be repeateed
